The Galway Senior Hurling Championship is an annual Gaelic Athletic Association competition organised since 1887 by Galway GAA among the top hurling clubs in County Galway, Ireland. The winner qualifies to represent the county in the All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship, since the disbandment of the Connacht Senior Club Hurling Championship after 2007 due to lack of competitiveness.
The current champions are St. Thomas's, who defeated Gort in the 2016 final.
The most successful club as of 2012 are Castlegar who have won the championship on 17 occasions, winning their last title in 1984. Meelick won the first senior hurling championship in 1887; it proved to be their only county championship victory.
