Fujairah International Airport (Arabic: مطار الفجيرة الدولي) (IATA: FJR, ICAO: OMFJ) is located 1 nautical mile (1.9 km; 1.2 mi) south of Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.
The airport commenced operations on 29 October 1987. and can handle 2 million passengers annually.Rotana Jet launched services to Abu Dhabi in September 2012. The airport is also home to an aircraft recycling facility.
