Frederick "Fred" Webster (birth registered July→September 1882 — death unknown) birth registered in Thorne district, was an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1900s, and 1910s, playing at representative level for Great Britain, England, and Yorkshire, and at club level for Brotherton (Bulldogs)[1], and Leeds (captain), as a Prop, Hooker, or Second-row, i.e. number 8 or 10, 9, or, 11 or 12 during the era of contested scrums.

Fred Webster won caps for England while at Leeds in 1906 against Other Nationalities, in 1910 against Wales (2 matches), in 1911 against Wales, and won caps for Great Britain while at Leeds on the 1910 Great Britain Lions tour of Australia and New Zealand against Australia (2 matches), Australasia (2 matches), and New Zealand.
