Fixed-dose combinations of antiretrovirals are multiple antiretroviral drugs combined into a single pill, which helps reduce pill burden. They may combine different classes of antiretrovirals or contain only a single class. Licensed fixed-dose combinations are shown in the table below. Six are complete single-tablet regimens for the treatment of HIV (Atripla, Complera/Eviplera, Stribild, Triumeq, Genvoya, Odefsey); the others must be combined with one or more additional pills to complete a regimen.
