Founded in 1995 by Robert Yohanan, Howard Kain and James Lytle, the bank serves owner-operated businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals in and around the Chicago area. It is an Illinois chartered bank and its primary regulators are the Federal Reserve and the State of Illinois.
