Felix Zwayer (born 19 May 1981) is a German football referee who is based in Berlin. He referees for SC Charlottenburg of the Berlin Football Association. He is a FIFA referee, and is ranked as a UEFA first group referee.
Aside from being a regular in the Bundesliga, he refereed during the 2012–13 UEFA Europa League as well as the 2013 UEFA European Under-19 Football Championship.
Zwayer was one of Robert Hoyzer's linesmen for a match that was later implicated as part of the Bundesliga Scandal.
On 15 October 2013, Zwayer refereed the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualification match between Lithuania and Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team in Kaunas. By winning 0-1, Bosnia and Herzegovina won the Group G in front of Greece for their first appearance in the FIFA World Cup.
Zwayer is a real estate broker and lives in Berlin.
