Don Felipe Juan Froilán de Todos los Santos de Marichalar y Borbón (born 17 July 1998 in Madrid) is the eldest son of the Duchess of Lugo, Infanta Elena of Spain and Don Jaime de Marichalar. Felipe is fourth in the Line of succession to the Spanish Throne, after his mother.

His name Juan is after his maternal great-grandfather, Juan, Count of Barcelona; Froilán after the patron saint of Lugo (his mother is the Duchess of Lugo); and Todos los Santos (All Saints) as it is customary among the Bourbons. His godparents were his maternal grandfather, Juan Carlos of Spain and his paternal grandmother, Doña Concepción Sáez de Tejada (1929–2014).

He was named Felipe after his uncle Felipe VI of Spain. Although he is generally referred to by the press as Froilán so as not to confuse him with his uncle, the King, or his cousin, Juan Urdangarin, he is called Felipe in the family.

On 9 April 2012 Felipe, while he was on a farm of his father's family in Garray (Soria), accidentally shot himself in his left foot. His father had to declare to the Civil Guard because Spanish law forbids the use of firearms to minors under the age of 14. The judge dismissed the case against Don Jaime de Marichalar, considering it not negligence but a misdemeanor.

In September 2014, Felipe was reported to have been dismissed from his school after failing his end-of-year exams twice. He finally graduated from Blue Ridge School, in St. George, Virginia, United States, on May 27, 2017.

Since birth he carries the style "His Excellency". All the children of Infanta Cristina and Infanta Elena have the HE Don/Doña style, as befits the children of an Infanta of Spain. Although they do not have a title, all grandchildren of King Juan Carlos are members of the Spanish Royal House.
