Rugby Club Județean Farul Constanța is a Romanian semi-professional rugby union club from Constanța, which plays in the Romanian Rugby Championship, the first division of Romanian rugby. They were the first and only Romanian team to enter the Heineken Cup, during its first season, in 1995–96. Currently, Farul Constanta's coach is Neil Kelly.
