Fadil Novalić (born 25 September 1959 in Gradačac) is a Bosnian politician, Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is a Bosniak, member of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA), for which he seated in the SDA Council and chaired the SDA Board for Economic-Financial Policy.
Novalić is an entrepreneur and a mechanical engineer by profession. He is credited for reviving the automotive industry in Gradačac after the war. After many years at the helm of Cimos TMD Gradačac, he was dismissed as President of the company due to alleged abuse of power in 2013, following which employees protested against his dismissal. He is the Former Chairperson of the football club "Zvijezda" Gradačac. He was also actively engaged in advising the Gradačac mayor. He has authored much of SDA's economic programme.
In the previous mandate, Novalić was considered as a candidate for the FBiH Prime Minister post, but he withdrew from the race justifying the withdrawal with personal reasons.
