FC Arizona is a Phoenix area Semi-professional soccer team based in Mesa, Arizona. The team colors are red and white.
FC Arizona announced its formation on July 19, 2016 with a press release. Its owner is Scott Taylor, owner of the Taylor Insurance Agency. The team hired former Bolton Wanderers and Northern Ireland International goalkeeper Aidan Davison as their head coach on July 25. The team held a launch party on August 5, 2016 at Mesa Community College, where the team will play its home games. MLS veteran goalkeeper Andrew Weber was the team's first player signing. They joined the NPSL on September 22, 2016 and were placed in the Southwest Conference.
FC Arizona defeated Real San Jose 5-0 in their first match on March 4, 2017 before an announced crowd of 2,842 at Riggs Stadium.
