Excessive Force is an American action movie. It was directed by Jon Hess. It stars Thomas Ian Griffith as Terry McCain, Lance Henriksen as Devlin, Charlotte Lewis as Anna Gilmour, and Tony Todd. It was released by New Line Cinema, in the summer of 1993.
