Eulogio "Frankie" de la Cruz Martinez (pronounced /eɪuˈloʊxiːoʊ/) (born March 12, 1984 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) is a pitcher for the Saraperos de Saltillo of the Mexican Baseball League. He played in Major League Baseball for the Detroit Tigers, Florida Marlins, San Diego Padres and Milwaukee Brewers and in Nippon Professional Baseball for the Tokyo Yakult Swallows.
In 2006, he went 5–6 with a 3.43 ERA with the Erie SeaWolves and 0–0 in 2 1⁄3 innings with an 11.57 ERA with the Toledo Mud Hens.
On December 5, 2007, the Tigers traded Cruz, Andrew Miller, Cameron Maybin, Mike Rabelo, Dallas Trahern, and Burke Badenhop to the Florida Marlins for Dontrelle Willis and Miguel Cabrera.
