Eucalyptus platycorys, commonly known as Boorabbin mallee, is a mallee that is native to Western Australia.
The mallee or sometimes tree typically grows to a height of 2 to 12 metres (7 to 39 ft) and has smooth bark on higher branches with rough flaky bark toward the base. It blooms between March and October producing white inflorescences.
It is found around sand lakes, on sandplains and sand dunes in an area in the southern Goldfields-Esperance region where it grows in sandy-loamy soils.
