Etech Global Services is a privately owned multinational contact center with its head office located in Nacogdoches, Texas. Etech began as Berry Direct, a business division of L. M. Berry and Company, a subsidiary of Bellsouth Corporation, in June 1997. In 2003, an investment team led by Dilip Barot and Matt Rocco acquired the assets of Berry Direct forming Effective Teleservices (ETI), which is now Etech.

Currently, Etech operates its contact center operations through onshore business delivery centers in six cities of US, two offshore centers located in Gandhinagar and Vadodara, India, and one nearshore center in Jamaica.
