Eric Ivan Rosse is an American musician, record producer, composer, songwriter and former co-president of EMBR Music.

He is best known for his work with singer Tori Amos, particularly production of her debut solo album Little Earthquakes and the Grammy-nominated album Under the Pink.

He produced Anna Nalick's album Wreck of the Day and Lisa Marie Presley's debut album To Whom It May Concern. Rosse has worked with Two Loons for Tea and Colette Baron-Reid, collaborating on her 2001 debut album, Magdalene's Garden. He produced two albums for Critters Buggin, Host and Bumpa. More recently, he produced and mixed the first charting album by Sara Bareilles, Little Voice and the debut album release Heart on My Sleeve for Mary Lambert.

Rosse is extremely interested in the convergence of music, technology and psychology, and feels that the entertainment industry's most imaginative advances lie in the convergence of these elements.

Rosse was born in Chicago, IL and began studying music at a young age of eight, starting with piano lessons. He was trained in orchestration and arranging by jazz legend Joe Rotundi Sr. from 1978 to 1983 and also scored an award-winning short film at the age of 17, 'Day's Last Rainbow', which was directed by James Herring. His first professional recording gig was at The Sound Factory in Hollywood, CA in 1980. Rosse was hired there to play electric piano on various R&B recordings, and continued gigging with various bands and musicians around Los Angeles until 1989, when he co-founded EMBR Music with his brother, Michael Carey. They operated for five years under the name EMBR, producing music spots for well-known media entities such as Coca-Cola, TDK, Anacin, Sega, Asics, NY Aids Awareness, NBC and CBS.
