The English College Dubai is an independent secondary school in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is located in the Jumeirah 3 residential area, adjacent to Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite the Oasis Centre. The school currently has approximately 700 students in the secondary school . The primary school opened in 2004 to facilitate younger students, and closed at the end of the 2013-14 academic year due to a lack of funding. It has now reopened with fewer students, the top floor is being used by the secondary school for extra classrooms due to the influx of students. The school was led by Headteacher Ian Jones, who was head from September 2014. Although first preference to prospective applicants for offers is to passport holders of the United Kingdom, there are a huge variety of nationalities represented in the college. The English college prides itself on its multicultural student base.

The secondary school was opened in 1992, owing to a need to establish more quality secondary schools following the British curriculum in Dubai. The opening of the primary school was in 2004, widely noted in Dubai for its striking use of a mixture of colours on the building facade.

The current premises in Jumeirah 3 is purpose built, and houses swimming facilities, a gym, a science block, libraries, football field, basketball courts, canteen, an art studio, and a sixth form common room located in the building of the Primary School.

Facilities for primary and secondary school are separated.

The latest report by the independent Dubai Schools Inspection Bureau awarded the school that second-highest status of 'Good'.

The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) is an educational quality assurance authority based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It undertakes early learning, school and higher learning institution management and inspections for which it then publishes comprehensive reports.

The English College has has received a ranking of "Good" in terms of overall performance for the last 8 consecutive years. In the latest inspection of the school KHDA stressed the "...very good attainment and progress in english and mathematics in secondary and in mathematics post-16...".
