Emila Fahlin (24 October 1988) is a Swedish cyclist. She competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Women's road race, finishing 19th and in the Women's time trial finishing 14th. At the 2016 Summer Olympics she finished 27th in the Women's road race. Two weeks later she won her first World Tour race, the Open de Suède Vårgårda in her home country.
Fahlin won three times the national road race championships (2008, 2010, 2013) and three times in a row the national time trial title from 2009 to 2011.
