Elsie Curtin CBE (née Needham; 4 October 1890 – 24 June 1975) was the wife of John Curtin, who was the 14th Prime Minister of Australia (1941–45) during the Second World War.

Curtin was born in Ballarat, Victoria, the daughter of Annie and Abraham Needham. She grew up in Cape Town, South African Republic (now South Africa) from 1898 to 1910. She moved to Hobart, Tasmania in the 1910s, where she met John Curtin. They married in Perth, Western Australia on 21 April 1917. They had two children. John Curtin died in office on 5 July 1945. Elsie Curtin died on 24 June 1975 in Cottesloe, Western Australia.
