Rose Elizabeth Espinosa is a news reporter for KTLA Channel 5 in Los Angeles.

Prior to joining KTLA, she was one of the correspondents for Good Day L.A. on KTTV. She also reported for KMEX and for XETV San Diego, and has presented weekly movie review segment on the "Fox Morning Show". From February 2014 until October 2015, she co-hosted a two-hour early afternoon program on KFI with Mark Thompson.

A Los Angeles native, she received a Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA 1997, Phi Beta Kappa, and speaks 5 languages.

She has traveled to Uganda and Rwanda where she interviewed child warriors, and to Pakistan to interview women about arranged marriages in Islamabad, Lahore, and Peshawar-an Al-Qaeda stronghold. She reported about disabled and abandoned children in El Salvador.

She has a brother who is developmentally delayed and non-verbal. In his honor, she has become an advocate for the rights of the disabled and helps community groups and non-profit organizations, such as Ability First and HOLA (Heart of Los Angeles).

Espinosa, along with former television weather forecaster Mark Thompson, hosted an afternoon talk show on KFI AM 640 in Los Angeles. Following the program's cancellation, Espinosa began hosting the Sunday Morning News on KFI.

In December 2010 she was one of 10 finalists to host a show on the Oprah Winfrey Network. As a contestant on Your OWN Show: Oprah's Search for the Next TV Star, she said she would like to host a show about learning disabilities. Her younger brother who has learning disability inspired her idea to host such a show. Espinosa was eliminated in the fifth episode of the contest.
