The electoral division of Derwent is one of the 15 electoral divisions in the Tasmanian Legislative Council. It is situated in the south of the state.

The last boundary redistribution occurred in 2008. The total area of the division is 8,760 square kilometres (3,380 sq mi).

As of 31 January 2015, there were 25,777 enrolled voters in the division. The next election in the division is due in May 2017.

The division is named after the Derwent River and includes some outer Hobart suburbs such as Bridgewater, Old Beach, Claremont, and towns such as New Norfolk, Hamilton, Brighton, Pontville, Ouse, and Strathgordon.
