El Segundo High School, also called ESHS, is a four-year public high school located in El Segundo, California. Part of the El Segundo Unified School District, it has been in operation since 1927.
Housed in a 1927 building, El Segundo High School was a California Distinguished High School in 2003 and 2007. In 2008, Newsweek placed ESHS in the top 5% of high schools nationally. Between 2015 and 2017, the school has been recognized as an Apple Distinguished School.
The campus has been used for multiple films and movies, including War Games, and many other movies.
