Eileen Hazel Phelan (also Grimshaw) is a fictional character from the British ITV soap opera, Coronation Street. Portrayed by Sue Cleaver, the character first appeared on-screen during the episode airing on 3 May 2000. She is perhaps best known for her friendships with Lloyd Mullaney (Craig Charles), Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson), Deirdre Barlow (Anne Kirkbride) and Liz McDonald (Beverley Callard).
