East Washington is a borough in Washington County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 1,930 at the 2000 census.

The East Washington Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

East Washington is located at 40°10′26″N 80°14′2″W / 40.17389°N 80.23389°W / 40.17389; -80.23389 (40.173799, -80.233945).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.5 square miles (1.3 km2), all of it land.
