DuckTales is an upcoming American animated television series by Disney Television Animation. The series, which serves as a reboot of the original series with the same name, was announced on February 25, 2015 and will premiere on Disney XD sometime in Summer 2017.
On December 8, 2016, a teaser trailer was released for the series. The first season will consist of 21 half-hour episodes and two hour-long specials.
The voice cast for the primary characters in the series was revealed on December 16, 2016.
The characters Donald Duck, Gyro Gearloose, Magica De Spell, Duckworth, Flintheart Glomgold and The Beagle Boys will also make appearances in the series.
