Dragan Đukanović (Serbian Cyrillic: Драган Ђукановић, born 29 October 1969) is a former Montenegrin football player.
Born in Nikšić, SR Montenegro, SFR Yugoslavia, during his career he played with OFK Beograd, OFI Crete, Omonia Nicosia, Örebro, Avispa Fukuoka, FK Mogren, Racing Paris, FC Istres and Ethnikos Asteras. He represented Yugoslavia at U-21 level. Currently he is the head coach and manager of Pusamania Borneo of Indonesia
