Len Olsen (October 30, 1968) is a semi-retired Canadian professional wrestler, known by his ring name Dr. Luther or Lenny St. Clair, who competed in the Japan for FMW Frontier Martial-Arts Wrestling in the early 1990s, Extreme Championship Wrestling, Stampede Wrestling, Elite Canadian Championship Wrestling (formerly known as Extreme Canadian Championship Wrestling) in the late 1990s and early 2000s, and many independent promotions.
Born and raised in Calgary, Olsen was brought up with Stampede Wrestling. He was trained by Keith Hart in the Hart Dungeon. At 18 years old, WWE World Wrestling Entertainment offered him a contract but he refused as he had other plans with wrestling. It was claimed that he fought in the first barbwire match in South Africa. On April 12, 1991 Olsen lost to Chris Jericho in CNWA. He continued to fight in Calgary until 1992.
Olsen moved to Japan with the Frontier Martial-Arts Wrestling as Dr. Luther, whose gimmick was a punk gimmick, and he teamed with Dr. Hannibal (Steve Gillespie). This was the successful peak of his career. He feuded with many Japanese like Tarzan Goto, Hayabusa, Mr. Gannosuke and Atsushi Onita. He feuded with other wrestlers such as Sabu, The Sheik and Mike Awesome, who was known as the Gladiator. In February 1993, he and Dr. Hannibal joined the original Team Canada, which included The Gladiator, Big Titan, and Ricky Fuji.
