The Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University (commonly referred to as DHVTSU) is a state university located in Bacolor, Pampanga,Philippines. It was established in 1861 as Escuela de Artes y Oficios de Bacolor by an Augustinian friar, Fr. Juan P. Zita aided by civic leader Don Felino Gil. It has three satellite campuses in Porac, Mexico, and Santo Tomas in the province of Pampanga.

Third District of Pampanga Representative Aurelio "Dong" Gonzales, Jr. has suggested the school be elevated to the status of comprehensive university.
