"Don't Ya" is a song co-written and recorded by American country music artist Brett Eldredge. It was released on October 8, 2012 as his third single and the second single from his debut studio album, Bring You Back. Eldredge co-wrote the song with Chris DeStefano and Ashley Gorley.

The song is about a male making advances on an attractive female. It is in the key of E major with a moderate tempo, and a vocal range of B3-G5.

Billy Dukes of Taste of Country gave the song four and a half stars out of five, writing that "Eldredge builds the tension in the room without relying on overly dramatic instrumentation or animated imagery. His story is believable, but still detailed enough to fill in gaps in color and personality. The melody leads to a great hook in a chorus that never verges on gimmicky." Kyle Ward of Roughstock gave the song a favorable review, saying that "The soul influences are a new direction for Eldredge, but he nails them with a charming and seductive vocal in the style of James Otto."

"Don't Ya" debuted at number 58 on the U.S. Billboard Country Airplay chart for the week of October 27, 2012. It also debuted at number 46 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs chart for the week of October 27, 2012. It also debuted at number 95 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart for the week of June 8, 2013. It also debuted at number 90 on the Canadian Hot 100 chart for the week of August 3, 2013. The single was certified Gold on July 26, 2013 by the RIAA, and Platinum on September 4, 2014. As of February 2015, the single has sold 1,039,000 copies in the United States.

The music video was directed by Mason Dixon and premiered in March 2013.
