Dominic Paul is a British businessman, the CEO-designate of Costa Coffee, the world's second largest coffeehouse chain.

On 12 April 2016, it was announced that Dominic Paul, a director and senior vice president of Royal Caribbean International, would succeed , and will become CEO of Costa in early June 2016.

Paul worked for Royal Caribbean International for eleven years, and BMI, British Airways, Go Fly and EasyJet before that.
