Delhi police districts The National Capital Territory of Delhi is divided into thirteen police districts. Each district is headed by a Deputy Commissioner of Police and has four subdivisions. An SDPO heads each subdivision. All Deputy Commissioners report to the Commissioner of police. Civil districts The initial nine districts came into existence from January 1997. Prior to that, there used to be only one district for whole of Delhi with district headquarters at Tis-Hazari. In September 2012, two new districts, viz. South East and Shahdara were added to the city's map, taking the total count to 11.

Rohini district in delhi police was created recently . It will have 11 police stations . Alipur, Narela , samaypur badli , KN Katzoo , Prashant Vihar , north Rohini,south Rohini , Bawana, Shahabad dairy and begumpur are police stations .
