The Roman Catholic Diocese of Kalookan (Lat: Dioecesis Kalookanus) is a Roman Rite diocese of the Latin Church of the Catholic Church in the Philippines. The diocese was erected in 2003 from the Archdiocese of Manila. The diocese comprises Caloocan City-South, Malabon City, and Navotas City. Appointed as first bishop was Most Rev. Deogracias S. Iñiguez, then Bishop of Iba, Zambales. His early resignation due to his deteriorating health was approved by Pope Benedict XVI on January 25, 2013. Upon Bishop Iñiguez's resignation, Diocese of Antipolo Auxiliary Bishop Francisco M. De Leon was appointed Apostolic Administrator of the diocese, until a diocesan bishop was appointed by the Pope.

Most Rev. Pablo Virgilio S. David, D.D., the current Auxiliary Bishop of San Fernando in Pampanga was appointed second Bishop of Kalookan on October 14, 2015. He was installed as the Second Bishop of Kalookan on January 2, 2016.

There were about 1,220,000 people in the diocese as of December 2005, 89 percent of them, or 1,090,000, baptized Catholics, the rest members of other Christian denominations. The average number of baptisms in a year between the years 2003-2005 was 680. There are 36 diocesan and religious priests serving 26 parishes.

The two prominent Christian religions in the diocese next to Catholicism are the Philippine Independent Church (IFI, Aglipayan) and Iglesia ni Cristo (Church of Christ).

There are 37 full-time salaried church workers, all at the diocesan level including bishop's office, chancery, and full-time paid workers in certain ministries or special projects

During the launch of the Year of the Parish last November 26, 2016 at La Consolacion College, Caloocan, the Very Rev. Gaudioso Sustento, Chancellor, by mandate of His Excellency, Bishop Pablo David, announced the new assignments of the Diocesan Clergy of Kalookan which will take effect on January 5, 2017.
