Different from Whom? (Italian: Diverso da chi?) is a 2009 Italian comedy film directed by Umberto Carteni. It was nominated for four David di Donatello, for best new director, best actor, best actress and best supporting actor (Filippo Nigro) and for three Nastri d'argento, for best comedy film, best script and best producer.
Piero is a young openly gay left-wing politician. During his election campaign for mayor the party decides to also use as a candidate for deputy mayor Adele, a Catholic and strict conservative politician. Piero and Adele will discover to be attracted to each other, causing a stir among the voters and the political opponents, and suddenly turning Piero's boyfriend Remo in the odd man out.
