Diary secretary

The Ministerial Diary Secretary or simply diary secretary is a job in the Private Office of United Kingdom government ministers. The job involves managing the calendar of the minister. It is differentiated from (and more subordinate than) the Private Secretary, responsible for the overall administration of the Minister's Private Office.
