Dialog Broadband Networks (DBN), DBA Dialog (Sinhala: ඩයලොග් බ්රෝඩ්බෑන්ඩ් නෙට්වර්ක්ස් (ප්රයිවට්) ලිමිටඩ් Dayalog Brōdbænd Netvarks (Prayivat) Limitad), is Sri Lanka's 3rd largest fixed phone operator with an island wide digital wireless network.
