di Bonaventura Pictures is an American film and television production company founded in 2003 by Lorenzo di Bonaventura, who is well known for producing the Transformers films.
Di Bonaventura Pictures is currently based at Paramount Pictures since established, signing three-year deals in a series since then. Both studios are well known for producing the Transformers franchise together.
In June 2011, Di Bonaventura launched a television division Di Bonaventura Pictures Television along with Dan McDermott, and the company is based at ABC Studios under a deal for three years.
