Dhun Jehangir Ruttonjee, CBE (1903–1974), was a Parsee in Hong Kong. He was the son of Jehangir Hormusjee Ruttonjee, the founder of Ruttonjee Sanitorium. He was a Legislative Councillor in the 1960s.
Ruttonjee was born in Hong Kong in 1903. He attended St. Joseph's College, Hong Kong, and was an undergraduate at the University of Hong Kong. He was made an Unofficial member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, and served until 1968 and received the degree of Doctor of Laws from the University of Hong Kong in 1969.
Ruttonjee died on 28 July 1974.
Ruttonjee's sister Tehmi Ruttonjee-Desai, died of tuberculosis in 1943. Ruttonjee was chairman of the Hong Kong Anti-Tuberculosis and Thoracic Diseases Association until his death.
