Desperados 2: Cooper's Revenge is a 2006 computer game. It is the sequel to the 2001 game Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive.

John Cooper's brother Ross, a US Marshal, has been tortured to death by the henchmen of a criminal known as "Angel Face", and Cooper wants to avenge him. In order to investigate this mysterious "Angel Face", Cooper sends Doc McCoy to fetch Sanchez and Sam, who reside in Sanchez's fortress, the Eagle's Nest. After freeing the two from the clutches of a rival bandit chief named Rodriguez, who has forcibly taken over the Nest, they meet up with Cooper and Kate in Santa Fe, where John has agreed to help some settlers on their journey and provide protection.

Later, at a pass known as the Eye of the Needle, they find a blockade of logs manned by hostile Native Americans. After they manage to fight their way through the ambush, a troop of cavalry under Captain Clarke appears and takes one unconscious Indian prisoner. Suspicious of Clarke, Cooper, McCoy and Kate follow the soldiers to a campsite, where they eavesdrop on them; thereby they learn that Clarke and a large portion of his Cavalry unit's men have been bribed by Angel Face and the Indian attack on the settlers was staged by his men to ignite a conflict between the US Government and the Native tribes. Kate follows Clarke as he transports the captive Indian to his base at Fort Wingate. As Cooper and McCoy listen in further, they learn that another attack against the settler trek is imminent in order to silence all witnesses. Cooper and McCoy return just in time to organize a defense, successfully repelling the raid.

At Fort Wingate, Kate sneaks into the personnel-only area to try to find the Indian prisoner and see if he knows anything about Angel Face, but finds him severely beaten. When the others arrive, Doc sneaks into the prison and patches Hawkeye up. After a few hours, Hawkeye is able to speak and informs the gang of a letter delivered to Clarke. John decides to steal the letter, and the gang sneaks into Clarke's office. Using a piece of charcoal, John discerns a signature imprinted on the letter sheet with the name Lester Lloyd Goodman, aka "Angel Face". Upon presenting the fort's commanding Colonel with the damning evidence, Clarke is arrested, but his loyal Sergeant stages a revolt among the corrupted soldiers. Cooper and his team intervene on the Cavalry's behalf and manage to liberate the fort.
