Deodhai was a language script believed by some intellectuals to be used by ancient Bodo Kachari tribes.
Bishnu Prasad Rabha, noted artist from Assam, said he gathered a few specimens of the Deodhai alphabet from the Dimapur area. Nowadays, some of the Bodos use the Latin alphabet and some the Devanagari script. Assamese script was also used in the past since the missionary going to their places.
