Deep Medi (stylized DEEP MEDi MUSIK) is a British Dubstep label founded in 2006 by Mala, also co-founder of the legendary label DMZ.
The label could be considered a continuation of DMZ, which mainly released music by Mala, Coki and Loefah but also expanding their catalog with music from other local producers and even international artists like Truth, Goth-Trad or Bukez Finezt.
The label describes the common theme between releases as “music that you can feel”.
As a tradition every time an artist new to the label gets signed, his or her first release on it has a "Medi head" portrait of the artist drawn by Tunnidge, which is also has released multiple EPs with the label.
