"Deep Fried and Minty Fresh" is the thirteenth episode in the ninth season of the American crime drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. The episode first aired on February 12, 2009.

Writer and producer of the episode, Sarah Goldfinger, was sued for defamation of character by California real estate agents, Melinda and Scott Tamkin. The Tamkins allege that Goldfinger, in an act of revenge from a failed buy that Goldfinger had attempted some years before, wrote the Tucker characters in their image, though created them lacking morals. These characters, the Tamkins surmise, hurt their business by turning people away once potential customers realize the similarities.
