Declan Hannon (born 25 November 1992) is an Irish hurler who plays as a left wing-forward for the Limerick senior team.

Born in Adare, County Limerick, Hannon first played competitive hurling whilst at school, winning back-to-back Harty Cup medals with Ardscoil Rís. He arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of seventeen when he first linked up with the Limerick minor team, before later lining out with the under-21 side. He made his senior debut in the 2011 National Hurling League. Hannon has been a regular fixture on the team since that initial appearance, and has won one National Hurling League (Division 2) medal.

Hannon has been called up to the Munster inter-provincial team on one occasion. At club level he has won one championship medal with Adare.

Born in Adare, County Limerick, Hannon comes from a family with a strong tradition in hurling. His granduncle Pat Stakelum captained Tipperary to the All-Ireland title in 1949, the first of a "three-in-a-row" sequence of All-Irelands for Tipperary.

Hannon was educated at Scoil Naomh Íosaf before later attending Ardscoil Rís. It was here that he first played under the guidance of teacher and inter-county hurler Niall Moran. He was a member of the Ardscoil Rís team that won the Harty Cup title in 2010 following a three-game series against reigning All-Ireland champions Thurles CBS. He later lined out in the All-Ireland final against St. Kieran's College, in which Ardscoil Rís were beaten by 2-11 to 2-8.
