The David Zwirner Gallery is an American contemporary art gallery owned by David Zwirner. It has two gallery spaces in New York City and one in London, and has plans to open in Hong Kong.

Zwirner opened his first gallery in 1993 on the ground floor of 43 Greene Street in SoHo in New York City. In 2002, he moved to 525 West 19th Street in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York. In 2012 he opened a London branch in Grafton Street, in Mayfair, and was building a large new space – designed by Annabelle Selldorf – at 537 West 20th Street, Chelsea, New York. A planned branch in Hong Kong has also been designed by Selldorf.

The gallery has at various times exhibited works by Marlene Dumas, Dan Flavin, Donald Judd, Neo Rauch, Jason Rhoades, Luc Tuymans and Doug Wheeler. In 2009–2010, minimalist works by Larry Bell, John McCracken, Fred Sandback and James Turrell were shown.

In 2013 Yayoi Kusama said that she would show at the gallery. In 2016, the gallery showed photographs by William Eggleston.
