David Lauren (born October 11, 1971) is the middle child and youngest son of clothing designer Ralph Lauren. He has two siblings: Dylan and Andrew Lauren.

David Lauren was born on October 11, 1971, the son of Ricky Ann Low-Beer and fashion designer and executive Ralph Lauren. His father was the son of Belarus-born Jewish immigrants. His mother was the daughter of Austrian immigrants. The second of three children, David has an older brother, Andrew Lauren, and a younger sister, Dylan Lauren.

Lauren attended Duke University, where he studied Political Science. At Duke, he founded Swing, a general interest lifestyle publication for Generation X, where he served as President and Editor-In-Chief. Swing was eventually published by Hachette Filipacchi Médias.

Lauren is currently Chief Innovation Officer and Vice Chairman at Ralph Lauren Corporation, a position he has held since October 2016. In his role at Ralph Lauren Corporation, Lauren is responsible in leading company efforts to create new initiatives that help drive the Ralph Lauren brand across all channels.

Lauren joined Ralph Lauren Corporation in 2000 to run the company's internet operations under Ralph Lauren Media, LLC., a division he established in collaboration with NBC. That year, David launched the luxury industry's first e-commerce site, created Ralph Lauren Magazine, an online publication with original articles, and Ralph Lauren TV, an original web channel covering fashion, design, and sports, and featuring celebrity interviews, all under an idea he called "merchan-tainment," a seamless combination of merchandising and entertainment.

David has been a driving force behind several groundbreaking creative partnerships and initiatives, as well as the brand's expansion overseas. In 2007, Lauren orchestrated a number of initiatives spanning the year in celebration of Ralph Lauren's 40th anniversary. That year, David Lauren was named DNR's "Marketer of the Year." In 2007, he was named DNR's "Marketer of the Year."
