David Alejandro Green Casaya (born December 4, 1960 in Managua, Nicaragua) is a former Major League Baseball player who played outfielder and first baseman.
Signed by the Milwaukee Brewers as an amateur free agent in 1978, Green made his Major League Baseball debut with the St. Louis Cardinals on September 4, 1981, and appeared in his final game on October 4, 1987. In between, he played one season for the Kintetsu Buffaloes in 1986.
Green was a member of the St. Louis Cardinals team that defeated the Milwaukee Brewers in the 1982 World Series.
