Danielle Audrey Nicholls (born 16 December 1978 in Salford, Greater Manchester) is a British television presenter, best known for her presenting of CITV from 1998 to 2001, and Night Fever on Channel 5.

She currently hosts a radio show with her sister called "Danielle and Jodie", Salford City Radio, every Tuesday at 6:00.

In an article in 2013 she said "At 19 I saw an advert in The Stage (newspaper) for a wacky and fun person to work in children’s television, at the time I had no idea it was for CITV. I decided to apply by sending in an home made show-reel shot by my mum in my living-room. Amazingly I got picked along with Stephen Mulhern out of over 1,000 applicants, and then the fun began. I am now a full time mummy to my two fabulous boys, and my beautiful daughter – who very sadly died last year. I am still best friends with Stephen and we always have great fun like the old days when we get to catch up."

Her sister is glamour model Jodie Nicholls.

In June 2006, she married Dean Holden, of Scottish Premier League side Falkirk. Dean left Rochdale in May 2012. Danielle and Dean live in Worsley and have two children.

The couple's daughter Cici Milly Holden died from Meningococcal disease in May 2012, aged just 17 months old, whilst on a family holiday in Lanzarote.

Nicholls started dancing at the age of 9. At 15 she became the All England Modern Dance Champion, and had also passed two Royal Academy of Dance ballet exams with honours. She was then studying at Moorside High School, Swinton. After finishing a two-year course in Performing Arts at Oldham College, at the age of 18, Nicholls became a member of Pure Gossip, and stayed with the group for a year.
