Dan G. Johnson (born in Salina, Kansas) is a Republican Idaho State Senator representing District 6. Johnson previously represented District 7 from his December 2011 appointment by Idaho Governor Butch Otter until the end of the legislative session.
Johnson earned his bachelor's degree in forest management from the University of Idaho and his master's degree in forest economics from Virginia Tech.
