Dale Ricardo McDonald (born 3 March 1992) is a Jamaican international footballer who plays for Puerto Rico Soccer League club Criollos de Caguas FC as a forward.

McDonald is the son of Shoran and Dale McDonald, with four siblings named Curtis, Sheldon, Monair, and Datia. McDonald and his family moved to the United States and to Roosevelt from Saint Catherine Parish in Jamaica when he was 11.

McDonald started high school at Eleanor Roosevelt High School (New York City) serving as the teams captain for one season and winning two league championships there. His 2007 club team captured the national championship, he was also a member of the 2008 Region I Team. He also competed for four seasons of indoor/outdoor track and field, captaining all four seasons and setting indoor records in the 100m, 200m, 800m and the 1x4.

In 2012, McDonald started in all 17 games for the American University Eagles, he managed to have a team-high six goals and three assists on the season with a game-winning goal against Bucknell on September 29. McDonald was a NSCAA All Mid-Atlantic Region Second Team honoree while being an All Patriot League First Team Selection. He was chosen as Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week for the week of October 8.

McDonald started in all 20 games for LIU and was second best in goals with 9 and third best in points with 22. On the year he took 64 shots, 26 of which were on goal. McDonald also recorded a 4-game scoring streak from Sept. 13 through Sept. 24, with a four-point performance (1 G, 2 A) in a 3-2 victory over Saint Thomas Aquinas (Sept. 20). Scored twice and added an assist for a five-point game against Roberts Wesleyan on Oct. 31.
