Cutler was a census-designated place in Miami-Dade County, Florida at the time of the 2000 census. It has since been incorporated into the Village of Palmetto Bay. The population was 17,390 at the 2000 census.
The Village of Palmetto Bay incorporated on September 10, 2002, taking the territory formerly held by the Cutler census-designated place.

As of the census of 2000, there were 17,390 people, 5,694 households, and 4,931 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 997.7/km² (2,585.1/mi²).
