Cutler was a census-designated place in Miami-Dade County, Florida at the time of the 2000 census. It has since been incorporated into the Village of Palmetto Bay. The population was 17,390 at the 2000 census.

The Village of Palmetto Bay incorporated on September 10, 2002, taking the territory formerly held by the Cutler census-designated place.

Cutler is located at 25°37′38″N 80°19′15″W / 25.62722°N 80.32083°W / 25.62722; -80.32083 (25.627187, -80.320704).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 17.5 km² (6.8 mi²). 17.4 km² (6.7 mi²) of it is land and 0.1 km² (0.04 mi²) of it (0.30%) is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 17,390 people, 5,694 households, and 4,931 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 997.7/km² (2,585.1/mi²). There were 5,806 housing units at an average density of 333.1/km² (863.1/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 89.21% White (65.6% were Non-Hispanic White,) 3.90% African American, 0.11% Native American, 3.00% Asian, 0.03% Pacific Islander, 1.91% from other races, and 1.85% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 26.19% of the population.
