Cruel Winter is the upcoming second compilation album by recording artists of American record label GOOD Music.
On June 3, 2016, Kanye West released the first single from Cruel Winter entitled "Champions", which features West, Gucci Mane, Big Sean, 2 Chainz, Travis Scott, Yo Gotti, Quavo and Desiigner. In an interview with Big Boy's Neighborhood, West confirmed that this was the first song taken from the album.
On September 2, 2016, Travis Scott said that he will be the album's executive producer. He then announced that the album should be released in February 2017.
On September 7, 2016, Travis Scott said on Hot 97 "I would say we have a lot of songs done, how many songs we got picked, I will only say like a handful", he then stated that everybody on the label was involved and it was very youthful.
On September 8, 2016, it was announced that Tyga was signed to GOOD Music. The Atlanta group Migos was signed to the label under a management deal, hinting at their involvement in the project.
