Lazarus, an original anchor, closed in 2002. Three years later, the former building was torn down for a movie theater.Old Navy closed in 2008. Sears is still open. A year later, Rouse confirmed that the former Sears would be converted to Dunham's Sports, which would be moving from an existing store opened in the mall in 2001. The new Dunham's opened September 27, 2013.
